We’ve been on many walks…
And we’ve walked with many.
What do we know? Respect the journey.

Delaney is a seasoned coach, leader, entrepreneur, and changemaker. Her own life journeys have taught her deep resiliency and “surfing” techniques to support individuals and groups with 1:1 coaching or group facilitation. Her daily mission to be present and real keeps her on her toes, often delivering creative and unexpected results. No matter her role, she is an unwavering believer in the potential of ideas, the people behind them, and the communities they shape.
She believes our hardest days often come just before our brightest, and that everything we experience moves in rhythm—like a heartbeat, with upbeats and downbeats. Whether working one-on-one or facilitating groups, she is passionate about unearthing potential, tapping into individual and collective genius, and guiding people back to trusting their intuition. In team settings, she brings a deep capacity to build trust through shared learning, which becomes a foundation for effective problem-solving, strategy, communication, culture, and leadership.

Delaney is a scrappy kid from Colorado, whose path has been laid with few plans and lots of plot twists.
Along the way, she built a company from the ground up and, in one of her proudest moments, sold it to her very first intern. She raised a daughter who continues to inspire her in ways she never could have imagined. And at 46, she stepped into singing and songwriting—not to fulfill a lifelong dream, but because she believes discomfort often points us toward the next horizon of the self.Of course, the road has had its moments of reckoning. Delaney spent nearly a year navigating life while almost blind, survived being hit head-on by a semi, walked through two divorces, and knows intimately the weight of family trauma and addiction. More recently, she’s been finding her way through the shifting terrain of empty nesting—reimagining who she is when so much of her life has already been rewritten.
Along the way, she’s gathered a few lessons: it’s never failure—it’s feedback. There’s genius inside all of us, waiting to breathe. And sometimes, you have to get lost to truly find yourself. Delaney’s story is about weathering well—about the art of integrating and becoming. And she’s still very much in the process.

Jermaine aims to take a therapeutic approach out of the therapy room and into our communities. Ultimately he believes people are not the problem; the problem is the problem. He approaches therapy with the belief that people do not need to be fixed but can instead construct and live out more fulfilling stories and, in the process, experience wholeness.
Jermaine's non-judgmental approach shifts away from problem-saturated therapeutic experiences toward experiences of personal ownership and self-empowerment. Jermaine believes that distress results from the misalignment of personal realities and societal narratives, assumptions, sociocultural practices, and external expectations. Jermaine helps individuals, families, organizations and communities discover the strength and power to author their own stories, to foster a sense of agency and authenticity.
With over 20 years of experience in social services and therapy, Jermaine has gained a versatile set of skills while working within institutions and organizations, with families in-home and at schools, youth in residential facilities, men and women recovering from addictions, and individuals facing life's challenges. Jermaine has cultivated a mindful, person-centered approach with unique skills for addressing a wide range of issues and challenges.
Outside of work, Jermaine is passionate about music, healthy cooking, moderately healthy eating, and enjoying time with his loved ones. He also jumps at any opportunity to get outdoors or take an occasional road trip.

Jermaine grew up in a small town in Kentucky down the street from a prestigious mid-southern college. Danville, Kentucky, was a football town, and his big brother was the biggest star of that generation. Jermaine didn’t play football.
Jermaine’s dream was to avoid factory work because he knew his mind was too active for repetitive work in a small town. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Print Journalism with a concentration in English, Sociology, and Philosophy, Jermaine went back to Danville and worked in a factory.
Jermaine worked with students at an alternative school for students who committed violent offenses, and he works with students at a prestigious boarding school. He practiced therapy in a facility for those recovering from addiction as well as a counseling center at a theological seminary. He worked as a crisis interventionist for teens, and he worked as a second-grade teacher.
Jermaine appreciates the surprises and contradictions of living. He has met life head on as a seeker of learning and growth opportunities. This has given Jermaine a lot of experience, a lot of stories, and a little wisdom. Jermaine is willing to share his wisdom and his follies wholeheartedly.
Your life is made up of a series
of epic journeys…
Some you inherited, others you learned.
Some that you have forgotten and others that won’t let go of you.
And even still, there are the stories you haven’t yet written.
They are all present today - each one a chance to rise to your occasion.
It is our honor to walk with you…
To wayfind with you...
