This value-add program uses generative group conversations to strengthen honest dialogue, collaborative leadership, and effective peer support. Participants gain practical tools to become stronger peer-to-peer coaches—learning how to listen for cues, ask better questions, and support one another without defaulting to judgment, advice, or personal beliefs.

The work helps orient founders and team members within their relational context—across self, venture, program/project, and community—improving alignment, focus, peer support, and overall odds of success. The program unlocks growth by helping participants reauthor their personal and professional narratives, creating space to explore the multitude of perspectives that exist in any room.
